Leadership Quest educates, energizes and connects the region's established and emerging leaders through an innovative curriculum centered on focused examination of the key issues facing our community while developing advanced leadership capacities. The 10-month program combines retreats, development seminars and group field work to create a unique mix of intellectual, professional and personal development sessions designed to broaden the deeper perspective and understanding of the Richmond region and its complex issues.
