Conservative portfolios are ideal for members who regularly contribute and donate from their fund, prioritizing capital preservation over long-term returns. These portfolios consist of cash, treasury, and bond funds from reputable providers such as Dreyfus, Goldman Sachs, iShares, Bloomberg, Vanguard, and Schwab.

Are there any hidden fees?
No, our membership dues cover everything! Unlike many donor-advised funds, Daffy does not charge an additional management fee for its investment portfolios. Our investment portfolios have standard expense ratios that are charged directly by the investment providers themselves. You can find these expense ratios in the parentheses next to the ticker symbol above.Can I change my portfolio?
Yes, you can request to change your portfolio at any time. Just go into Settings, select “Portfolio,” and choose a new portfolio.How frequently are the portfolios rebalanced?
Our portfolio rebalancer runs every day that the markets are open, and will ensure that the portfolio returns to its designated allocation, but it can occasionally take a day or two depending on the market hours.
Daffy portfolios are managed as fully-invested in the securities outlined above. However, from time to time portfolios may have a small temporary cash balance for liquidity purposes when managing the inflow of contributions and outflow of donations. All current portfolio holdings, including cash, are disclosed to Daffy members on their portfolio page.
