IN 2018 THE PROJECT WAS SUPPORTED BY SEVERAL DISABILITY:IN SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS WHO ARE RECOGNIZED LEADERS IN DISABILITY INCLUSION. THE INCLUSION WORKS TEAM DEVELOPS CUSTOMIZED PLANS WITH EACH COMPANY AND PROVIDES AN ARRAY OF SERVICES, INCLUDING ASSISTING GFG COMPANIES TO COMPARE THEIR DISABILITY INCLUSION PRACTICES WITH BEST PRACTICES AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS USING THE DISABILITY:IN'S DISABILITY EQUALITY INDEX (DEI) AND SECTION 503 SELF-EVALUATION TOOL.DISABILITY:IN IS THE NATION'S LEADING CERTIFIER OF BUSINESSES OWNED BY PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, INCLUDING SERVICE-DISABLED VETERANS. THE DISABILITY SUPPLIER DIVERSITY PROGRAM (DSDP) OFFERS EDUCATION AND INFORMATION ON DISABILITY SUPPLIER INCLUSION AND SPECIFIC INITIATIVES DESIGNED TO SUPPORT DISABILITY INCLUSION IN THE SUPPLIER DIVERSITY PROGRAMS OF ITS BUSINESS PARTNERS. AT THE END OF 2018, THE PROGRAM HAD 185 CERTIFIED DOBES AND A GROWING AND ACTIVE NATIONAL CERTIFICATION COMMITTEE AND PROCUREMENT COUNCIL. THE RISING LEADERS MENTORING PROGRAM IS A SIX-MONTH CAREER MENTORING OPPORTUNITY TO AT LEAST 200 COLLEGE STUDENTS AND RECENT GRADUATES WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH LINKAGES TO BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS FROM DISABILITY:IN PARTNER COMPANIES.THE MENTORSHIP EXCHANGE PROGRAM BRINGS TOGETHER EMPLOYERS AND COLLEGE STUDENTS/RECENT GRADUATES WITH DISABILITIES, INCLUDING VETERANS, IN A MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL WAY.
