We provide in-service professional development and individualized coaching to educators across the nation on culturally and linguistically responsive instructional strategies. Being culturally responsive is an approach to living life in a way that practices the validation and affirmation of different cultures for the purposes of moving beyond race and moving below the superficial focus on culture. During this fiscal year, we provided professional development to over 50 schools, school districts and colleges/universities and provided individualized coaching to over 600 early childhood development to 12th grade teachers.
