About
Our center has been awarded a Vermont Special Investigations Unit grant (SIU) through the state of Vermont for the past nine years. For the past nine years, the center has also been awarded a law enforcement Special Investigations Unit grant through the state of Vermont to assist in paying for the Bennington Police Department detective assigned to our center. We also receive state appropriation funds through VOCA (Victim of Crime Act). Since October 2009, our center is an accredited member of the National Children's Alliance.
