Crisis intervention services: 24-hour hotline - Cora's 24-hour support line provides crisis counseling, referrals to emergency and long-term services, immediate safety planning and connection to emergency response services. Calls are answered in English and Spanish, with most other languages covered through translation services. Erp - Cora's emergency response program (erp) is a collaboration with the county sheriff's department as well as 16 additional police departments throughout the county of San Mateo. In conjunction with law enforcement, trained Cora counselors provide 24-hour emergency intervention, critical incidence response and advocacy to de-escalate domestic violence situations.
