Founded upon the Judeo-Christian commitment of ministry to those in need, LiftUp provides charitable assistance, without discrimination, to meet basic human needs, while fostering self-sufficiency.

About

Food bank distributed food to low income residents in our food banks in Hayden, Steamboat, and South Routt. Through our Rocket Pack program, we delivered healthy school snacks and summer lunches to 34o children. And as the administrator of the CSFP and TEFAP programs for Routt County, LiftUp distributed 453 CSFP (senior) commodity boxes and 1240 TEFAP commodity boxes to people in need. Assisted 58 clients with emergency medical situations. Through the Community Care Fund, assisted 71 transients with food, shelter & transportation. LiftUp housed 3 families in our transitional housing apartment and 148 clients received help paying their utility bills. Through a new program called Grow a Row for LiftUp, we received almost 1/2 ton of produce from local gardeners. Eight students have received scholarships totaling $13500 through our Hope for the Future Scholarship Program.
