During FY2019 Leadership Memphis offered two programs: the Executive Program and the Fasttrack Program. A total of 170 individuals completed and graduated from their respective program. Executive Program participants completed 120 hours of course work and Fasttrack participants 40 hours. More than 300 learning journeys took place outside the class setting and 300 doing journeys (volunteer projects) were completed in conjunction with Volunteer Memphis. The executives facilitated service learning projects known as Success High Schools. Each school (8) had a leadership club which met monthly and emphasized soft skills training for 40 high school sophomores and juniors per school.
