The YWCA Child Care Center offers state licensed care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years in a family-like atmosphere. The center is NAEYC accredited with a 5 star Youngstar rating. Children receive free swimming lessons and play swim each week and enjoy secure, fresh-air play on our rooftop playground. The YWCA is a collaborative partner with the Green Bay Public School District to offer 4-year-old kindergarten. Families enrolled in 4K can take advantage of before and after school care. The YWCA Camp Downtown programs offer summer care for children ages 5-12. The YWCA After School Program is a licensed and accredited child care program for children ages 5 to 12 years old. It focuses on low-income and at-risk children. Children are provided with homework assistance and nutritious meals and participate in daily activities that help them make good choices and build healthy minds, bodies and relationships.
