About
Leadership Cleveland (LC) empowers recognized, senior-level positional leaders with knowledge, skills and relationships to advance and deepen their community impact. The ten-month program engages participants through a highly interactive, intentionally designed leadership curriculum so participants develop a broader and more diverse network and experience opportunities to address key community issues through civic engagement. Participants devote 13 full days to the program. The LC2 Fellows program creates an opportunity for LC alumni to focus for nine months on a specific civic issue and identify and deliver a tangible outcome aimed at creating long-term, positive, sustainable change in Cleveland.
