OVER 160,000 IN SNAP AND DOUBLING IN 2018; 4) DISTRIBUTE MICROLOANS TO VENDORS TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO CAPITAL TO HELP EXPAND FARM CAPACITY. APPROXIMATELY 26,000 IN LOANS MADE IN 2018; 5) OFFER SCHOLARSHIPS TO CONFERENCES AND FREE WORKSHOPS/TRAININGS TO FARMERS TO ASSIST IN THE IMPROVEMENT OF THEIR ON FARM AND FARM BUSINESS ACTIVITIES; 6) PRODUCE MARKET FRESH COOKING DEMOS FEATURING MINIMAL, SEASONAL INGREDIENTS TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ABOUT SIMPLE WAYS TO USE MARKET PRODUCE AND TO PROMOTE WHAT IS AVAILABLE AT THE MARKET.
