Mediation and conciliation services are provided to individuals involved in a wide range of conflicts. Consumers and merchants, landlords and tenants, neighbors, friends, parents and family members work with CDRC staff to resolve everything from small claims court cases to visitation and custody disputes. Over half of the cases handled are referred by the courts. CDRC also provides conflict education services to youth and adults.
