Our goal is use the bike to help boost the Rwandan economy as well as re-brand Rwanda as a beautiful and safe place to do business and visit freely.

About

The documentary Rising from the Ashes (RSA) was completed in 2012. This was in conjunction with Team Rwanda's cyclist competing in the London Olympics. This film has been a long term project within Rising from the Ashes Foundation. The film (RSA) is a key factor in communicating the message of Rising from the Ashes Foundation which is using the bike to help further the development of Rwanda and its citizens. Rising from the Ashes Foundation is committed to a number of screening and showing of this film in numerous locations across the United States and Europe. Our longer term goal remains furthering the economic growth of Rwanda and its citizens through the use of the bicycle for farming, taxi, job-sharing, and maintenance programs. In addition our support of the film will help to raise needed funds for these goals and Team Rwanda support. In addition to communicating the message of hope to Rwandans and others.
