In Romania -- 4D Ministries local partners named Fundatia VIA (an independent national organization): has developed an ongoing legacy of ministry with over 20 years experience in youth, short-term mission and outreach endeavors including local church-based social media and Internet awareness programs, church development and re-defining contemporary communication of core truths, university students program. A significant special program continues to provide, through matching grants (to stimulate and develop local national church partnerships), support in training, leading, and evaluating short-term missions teams' ministry to Roma (gypsy) and other villages in cooperation with active national church-planting endeavors. This program continues to pursue the goal of expanding the number of teams and enlarging the impact throughout the country. A new initiative is the planting of a missionally-minded local congregation in Cluj with the support of an established local congregation with a long association with 4D and this legacy ministry.
