VALLEY OUTREACH The program offers resource and referral services to housed low-income residents of the Ojai Valley. In 2018/2019, VO provided rental assistance to 37 families to aid in eviction prevention, provided 7 tons of food to low-income families and assisted 200 families in receiving subsidized energy, such as gas and electric services. In 2018/2019, Valley Outreach served around 1,500 clients.
