FACT provided mobility services for San Diego County residents, which included free telephone referrals for transportation services for seniors, persons with disabilities, and other populations with barriers to mobility free website database of transportation services 174 providers and trip planning tools. RideFACT - FACTs dial-a-ride service for seniors and persons with disabilities available for travel in all cities and other select communities in San Diego County. In 2019, FACT has taken 29,841 requests for transportation and provided 1,414 outside referrals. FACT has provided 37,392 trips.
