Sunny Hills Services behavioral health clinicians and paraprofessionals provide a wide array of behavioral health services to clients in both community and office-based settings. These services include assessment; plan development; individual, group and family therapies; case management; rehabilitative services; crisis intervention; and medication support. Services are delivered in four counties to a target population that includes 1) school-age children living with their families of origin or in foster or adoptive homes; 2) adolescents including some with concurrent juvenile justice system involvement, and 3) transition-age (16-25 year-old) youth including current and former foster youth residing in transitional housing and youth with justice system involvement.
