Neighbors program - provides rental assistance to families in crisis situations and targeted case management, partnering with Catholic Charities diversion program to help assess families who would most benefit from this program. We help an averages of 36-40 families per year with this program. Bridges program. The Village program is an aftercare program that support families when they exit shelters and enter housing. The Village program has a 100% success rate at helping Section 8 voucher recipients remain in housing.
