Spectrum Dance Theater's mission is to make dance accessible, without limitations, to the community.

Dance School: Over 500 students of all ages come through the studios each year to take one or more classes offered at Spectrum. Spectrum offers 57 classes a week which represents 72 hours of dance instruction weekly, taught by over 20 faculty instructors. Spectrum is open 50 weeks per year, and our youngest students are 18 months old and our most mature student is 93 years young. Dance classes offered: Movement with your Toddler, Creative Dance, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Break Dance, African, World Dance. Spectrum's Gift of Dance Scholarship provides 30+ scholarships allocated to students ages 5 to 21 years old. Spectrum also provides 120 hours of dance education per year in the public and private schools throughout the Seattle area.
