About
CareerVillage is an online advising program for youth. Our program helps young people get career advice they can use to become better prepared for their futures. We use a crowd-sourcing model to provide advice at large scale through an online platform we built. Supporting sub-programs include: 1. Platform Development - Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the software platform and infrastructure needed to support our online advising program. 2. Community Outreach - Initiatives to attract, engage, retain, and reward our community of students, volunteers, educators, and others. This includes user support, storytelling, awareness building campaigns, and more.
