Form 990, Part Ill, Line 4a - Program Service AccomplishmentsWithin its mission to build inclusive learning communities to support students on their road to success and its School Engagement Model, YESS served 846 unduplicated youth (469 high school students and 377 middle school students) at North, West Leadership and Lincoln High Schools in Denver Public Schools; at Ranum, Scott Carpenter and Shaw Heights Middle Schools and Westminster High School in Westminster Public Schools; at Adams City High School in Adams 14 School District. Our Postsecondary Success Navigator provided post-secondary planning and support for a total of 301 youth (131 Seniors, and 170 YESS Alumni on college campus) . YESS Institute collaborated through training community partnership such as with the Denver Police Department and the Office for the Independent Monitor - emotional intelligence training for Cops and Kids Forums; building curriculum for marijuana education for middle school students in partnership with the City and County of Denver.
