Mission
Bill and Dana Darrough's vision for Camp Timberline began over 25 years ago. They talked about their dream to start a youth ministry that combined God, mountain adventure, and sports in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Camp's mission statement to reach and strengthen kids for Christ through sports and mountain adventure became reality. God opened the door for this vision in 1996 when the Camp T property was purchased. Camp welcomed the first campers in the summer of 1997 with 250 kids. Under the watchful eye of the Lord, Camp T has now grown to nearly 2000 campers every summer. Our campers come from all over the United States, as well as many foreign countries, to have the time of their lives and to be introduced to, or be strengthened in their walk with Jesus Christ.
