RESIDENTS WHO ARE AT OR BELOW THE 400 PERCENT OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY LINE (INCLUDING THOSE UNDER THE 200 PERCENT THRESHOLD) AND FACING DEBT COLLECTION AND OTHER CONSUMER-RELATED LEGAL PROBLEMS. TZEDEK DC'S WORK FOCUSES ON SERVING TWO CLIENT GROUPS IN PARTICULAR:1) RESIDENTS OF WARD 7, WHICH, ACCORDING TO CENSUS BUREAU DATA, HAS THE HIGHEST PERCENTAGE OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN RESIDENTS OF ANY OF THE EIGHT WARDS IN THE CITY.
