Neighborhood Legal Services Program (NLSP) is a non-profit law firm that has been providing free civil legal services to low-income residents of the District of Columbia since 1964. We preserve safe and affordable shelter, stabilize family relationships, protect victims of domestic violence, secure access to healthcare and public benefits and reduce barriers to employment for our clients.
