CCA trains farmworkers to form and lead community-based committees to advocate for improved housing and health conditions. Vision a community where farmworkers are empowered to serve as leaders, where community decision makers seek the counsel of these farmworker leaders. Core values CCA is dedicated to promote an environment where communities foster leadership development among farmworkers, such that they serve and participate in community building and decision making.
