The mission of Recovery Resource Council is to promote health and wellness from alcohol, substance misuse disorders and trauma.

Substance abuse clinical services - 1,047 individuals served. The Joint Commissioned accredited clinical department provided behavioral health/PTSD counseling services to 455 veterans and their families through the veterans programs, resulting in 5,198 counseling sessions. The results of the veterans program was evaluated independently by UNTHSC. Clinical also provided information and referral services in over 8,528 phone calls in both English and Spanish. 89 adults participated in intensive outpatient abuse treatment services. The homeless were also served through the Healthy Community Collaborative where 340 homeless persons received a mental health diagnosis and 263 received counseling sessions. The New Start program assisted 47 chronic disabled homeless adults with permanent supportive housing services.
