Face to Face is dedicated to ending HIV in Sonoma County, while supporting the health and well-being of people living with HIV/AIDS.

Face to Face provided assistance with housing, benefits counseling, case management, and other supportive services for people living with HIV/AIDS (600+ individuals). In collaboration with a local health center, provided temporary housing (motel) for homeless individuals with HIV (30).
