Emergency health and medical needs - the agency can pay for prescriptions, medications, and over-the-counter drugs that are not covered by Medicaid or health insurance. Emergency medical or dental assistance may also be offered 2. Heating/fuel/electric - electric or heating service must be in a state of disconnect or there is a lack of bulk fuel in order to get aid. Provides up to 500 for electric/gas and 600 for bulk fuel delivery. 3.
