Annually approximately 3,000 visitors come to the center for rest, contemplation and renewal of the spiritual life. They stay for up to two weeks in simple rustic cabins, surrounded by the tranquil natural beauty of the environment. A library and meeting room are maintained and devotional programs are offered. Annually, roughly 21,000 day visitors enjoy the center's atmosphere and participate in day and evening activities. A youth retreat program is offered annually for one week in the summer, involving approximately 70 high school students and 60 young adults, along with 25 staff providing a wide range of devotional and creative activities. Funding is provided for emergency aid to 40 needy families, and contributions that support other service programs in the Myrtle Beach community.
