Fraternus Chapters: Fraternus, Inc. provides a Catholic mentoring program for Catholic parishes to sponsor and operate under their own volunteer leadership. The program consists of weekly meetings during the academic year (August-May) totaling approximately 32 meetings and 2 to 3 excursions. The curriculum implemented by the volunteers is designed for young men age 11 or in the 6th grade to 18 or a senior in high school. During the year ended June 30, 2016, 305 men were registered as active participants in the program and it is estimated that another 200 non-registered participants also took part in the program for a total of approximately 500. Fraternus provided training and curriculum for approximately 202 adult volunteers. Volunteers invested approximately 18,800 hours into Fraternus Chapters in this fiscal year.
