Alliance Medical Ministry provides access to comprehensive primary care to working, uninsured adults living in Wake County. Care provided includes: primary care from a staff physician, select specialty care from a volunteer physician (cardiology, physical therapy, gynecology, orthopedics, wound care, ENT, ophthalmology), select screenings (mammography, cardiac, dental), labs, affordable prescription medication, off-site specialty referrals, mental health and counseling, and a comprehensive wellness program, including exercise, diabetes education, cooking and nutrition education.
