Since 1997, Partners Aligned Toward Health has partnered with community members to implement community-led initiatives designed to address community-identified health needs in Mitchell and Yancey Counties in North Carolina. Each of our programs is a collaborative effort that involves, educates, and unites the community with the vision of vibrant communities of active, healthy children and families.
