APPROXIMATELY 200 CHILDREN RECEIVED CRITICAL SERVICES THROUGH THE COLLINS CENTER'S CHILD ADVOCACY CENTER, WHICH PROVIDES A NEUTRAL AND SAFE PLACE FOR CHILDREN TO DISCLOSE THEIR ABUSE TO A TRAINED FORENSIC INTERVIEWER AND GAIN ACCESS TO THE LEGAL, MEDICAL, AND SOCIAL SERVICES AND REFERRALS THEY NEED.2) SEXUAL ASSUALT CRISIS PROGRAM AND TREATMENT PROGRAM- ADVOCATES FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY SEXUAL VIOLENCE THROUGH CRISIS SERVICES, SUPPORT GROUPS, AND MEDICAL AND LEGAL ACCOMPANIMENT SERVICES AND STRIVES TO PROVIDE QUALITY, ACCESSIBLE, MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES IN OUR COMMUNITY. 279 ADULTS RECEIVED SPECIALIZED TRAUMA-INFORMED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY AND CRISIS SUPPORT SERVICES.3)PREVENTION PROGRAM- WORKS TO STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH AWARENESS BUILDING AND EDUCATION, AND TO IMPLEMENT PROTECTIVE INSTITUTIONAL POLICIES IN ORDER TO STOP SEXUAL VIOLENCE IN OUR COMMUNITY. COMMUNITY MEMBERS INCLUDING ADULTS, TEENS, AND CHILDREN RECEIVED PRIMARY PREVENTION TRAINING AND EDUCATION THROUGH 85 EDUCATION SESSIONS, REACHING 1,708 COMMUNITY MEMBERS, FOCUSING ON THE PREVENTION, DETECTION, AND RESPONSE TO SEXUAL ABUSE AND ASSAULT.
