Since 1982, ROA - through the Henry J Reilly Memorial Scholarship - has sought to support the families of our nation's warrior citizens through financial support for higher education in daunting and rising tuition costs. The HJR program offers a direct line of support for reservists and their families. Qualifying criteria includes academic standards, military involvement, and leadership experience. Each candidate is carefully reviewed against a rigorous standard of both academic and personal excellence ensuring that recipients of HJR awards consistently represent some of the nation's best and brightest young men and women.
