Interfaith Works helps men, women and children in Montgomery County, Maryland to lift themselves out of homelessness and poverty through integrated programs that prevent, stabilize and empower. IW prevents families from slipping into deeper poverty; stabilizes the lives of those experiencing homelessness through access to shelter, food and supportive housing; and empowers individuals with vocational services, mentoring and financial counseling. Altogether, Interfaith Works serves over 16,000 people annually.

Interfaith Clothing Center: provides free clothing and household goods to 13,000 income-qualified residents each year, including nearly 6,000 children, through the distribution of millions of dollars' worth of donated items.
