The mission of the Fraim Center for Active Adults is to provide opportunities for adults to participate in healthy activities that help adults with strength, cardio workout, and balance. To achieve this Fraim offers warm-water, indoor swimming, aquatic exercise, yoga, tai chi, social programming, wellness workshops and more that promote healthy and independent living.
