The educational and recreational opportunities at the NSC provide a broad range of physical, recreational and social options. In each area there are a wide array of options to meet the needs of every level of ability. Fitness programming ranges from armchair exercise offered free of charge to access to the therapeutic pool fitness center and classes developed to extend independent living in the community. The newest program, Meeting of Minds, provides a guided group experience for those experiencing early stages of memory loss.
