Our services include: Clinical consults: Primary care providers (PCPs) gain access to experts in over 40 specialties and are empowered to more efficiently develop care plans for their patients. Patients' care is optimized locally by bringing needed expertise to the clinic, as opposed to being referred outside. Mentoring services: Experienced physicians coach front-line PCPs, many of whom are nurse practitioners and physician assistants, grappling with medically and socially complex patients. Job satisfaction is improved, burnout and PCP turnover decreases. Educational sessions: Didactics on clinically-pertinent topics delivered in an open, non-judgmental forum via live video. Continuing medical education (CME) credits are offered for many sessions.
