Founded in 2012, OLC is a year-round sports-based youth development organization that builds self-confident youth from Oakland Public Schools that are able to navigate systems, overcome challenges, and are empowered to achieve their education and life goals. We are able to achieve our mission by implementing a holistic model that includes leadership development, college and career exploration, academic support and wellness education.
