This mission is operationalized through a broad array of programs and services serving people of all ages. Our services are also provided to multiple customers including County Departments of Mental Health, Social Services and Probation. Victor Community Support Services, Inc. ("VCSS") was incorporated in April 2002 to provide outpatient mental health treatment and family support services to people of all ages. VCSS currently provides these services to adults, children and their families with a primary goal of treating consumers in their own community in the least restrictive and invasive manner possible.
