COUNSELING:CHRISTIAN RECOVER COUNSELING (CRC) PROVIDES A VARIETY OF PROFESSIONAL MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDING INDIVIDUAL THERAPY, GROUP THERAPY, FAMILY THERAPY, PLAY THERAPY, COUPLES THERAPY AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENTS. WE SERVE INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES AND FROM A VARIETY OF BACKGROUNDS, EVERYONE IS WELCOME AT CRC. OUR VISION STATEMENT IS TO MAKE PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING AVAILABLE WITHOUT CONSTRAINT TO EVERYBODY WHO DESIRES IT. WE DO NOT TURN AWAY ANYONE DUE TO AN INABILITY TO PAY BUT RATHER, ENCOURAGE CLIENTS WITH LIMITED FINANCIAL MEANS TO UTILIZE OUR CLIENT ASSISTANCE FUND (CAF). OUR CAF FUND HELPS OVER 100+ EACH YEAR RECEIVE PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING FOR RADICALLY REDUCED RATES. OUR AGENCY SPECIALIZES IN TREATING VICTIMS AND OFFENDERS OF ALL TYPES OF ABUSE (SEXUAL, VERBAL, EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL) AND WE PROVIDE THERAPY FOR A RANGE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CONCERNS SUCH AS DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, PSYCHOTIC DISORDERS, EATING DISORDERS, IDENTITY ISSUES, GRIEF AND FAMILY CONCERNS. WE SERVE ROUGHLY 600 CLIENTS EACH YEAR WHICH ACCOUNTS FOR OVER 10,000 SESSIONS EACH YEAR, EACH SESSION IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO HELP SOMEONE GET ON THEIR LIFE BACK ON TRACK TO THRIVING, NOT JUST SURVIVING. CRC'S RESTORATION PROJECT (RP) IS AN INTENSIVE TREATMENT PROGRAM INVOLVING GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE ENGAGED IN HARMFUL SEXUAL BEHAVIORS. THE PRIMARY GOAL OF THE RP IS TO HELP PEOPLE WHO HAVE SEXUALLY OFFENDED BECOME HEALTHY, SAFE AND PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILY, CHURCH AND COMMUNITY. RESTORATION PROJECT IS RECOGNIZED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, ALL THE COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENTS IN THE SEVEN COUNTY METRO AREA AS WELL AS SEVERAL OTHERS IN MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SUCCESSFULLY GRADUATED FROM THE PROGRAM OUR RECIDIVISM RATE IS 1.5%.
