The Kinnickinnic River Land Trust is a nationally accredited land trust that has now protected 2,857 acres of land in the Kinnickinnic River watershed. It owns and manages 3 nature preserves and monitors 34 conservation easements. This year it monitored all conservation easements and preserves and provided recreational opportunities to the public on many of these lands consistent with their protection.
