IN 2018, HEALTH CARE CLINIC (HCC) PROVIDED LOW OR NO COST REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AND FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES TO A TOTAL OF 486 UNDUPLICATED PATIENTS. HCC HAS A LONG STANDING TRADITION OF PROVIDING THE MOST UP-TO-DATE, EVIDENCE-BASED CARE TO ALL PATIENTS. HCC FOLLOWS THE WISCONSIN WOMEN'S HEALTH-FAMILY PLANNING/REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH PROGRAM GUIDELINES (2017) WITH PRECISION. OUR MEDICAL TEAM ALSO WORKS UNDER THE UNITED STATES MEDICAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR CONTRACEPTIVE USE (US MEC, 2016) AND PROVIDING QUALITY FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES - RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE CDC AND THE US OFFICE OF POPULATION AFFAIRS (2015). ALL OF THESE RESOURCES ENSURE BEST PRACTICES ARE FOLLOWED AT EACH VISIT.EVIDENCE-BASED MEDICINE HAS PROVEN THAT ACCESS TO CONTRACEPTIVE SUPPLIES AND SERVICES ACTUALLY LOWERS THE NUMBER OF UNINTENDED PREGNANCIES. ACCESS TO REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES TO SUCCESSFULLY ACHIEVE A PATIENT'S WISHES WITH REGARDS TO THEIR REPRODUCTIVE LIFE PLAN (NUMBER OF CHILDREN, BIRTH SPACING, ETC.) ARE HUMAN RIGHTS. BEFORE TRUE GENDER EQUALITY CAN BE ACHIEVED, WOMEN NEED ACCESS TO COMPREHENSIVE, REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE.
