Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers provide primary medical care for all ages, with mostly bilingual board certified provider teams including internists, family practice, pediatrics, and women's health. In calendar year 2018, 50,664 patients received care at 173,328 appointments. Also, we are committed to being the leader in behavioral health in our community providing a full range of outpatient mental health services with licensed psychiatrist, psychologists, family therapists and counselors. These providers help adults with stress, grief, anxiety and panic, and children and adolescents with hyperactivity and conduct or mood disorders. Many of the provider staff are bilingual in Spanish and English. In 2018 calendar year, 4,704 patients were seen at 32,158 individual appointments.
