The mission of JARC is to promote strong communities, businesses and households to ensure that people who work do not live in poverty. JARC provides high quality skills training and support services to help lower-income and unemployed workers achieve self-sufficiency. JARC was formed in 1985 as a not-for-profit organization to stem the flow of manufacturing jobs from the north side of Chicago. Since then, JARC has worked to retain and expand employment opportunities for lower-income people and help them access and accumulate resources through job training. JARC offers adult education, financial coaching, public benefits screening, and manufacturing training for jobseekers and incumbent workers.

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Fast Track - The CNC Fast Track program offers 500 hours (over 20 weeks) of hands-on CNC machine training.
