Mission

It provides a supportive community and programs that empower members in their journey toward mental health recovery.

About

Helped increase our Members knowledge of community resources by expanding our computer lab to include two additional computers for Member use. In order to allow our Members to learn from one another and provide a place where social and recreational activities can occur, we hired additional full-time Peer Support Specialists. Having Peer Support Specialists as staff enables our Members with severe emotional difficulties to conquer social or communication problems and assume productive life-styles in community settings. Provide social support for high-risk hospital users with organized and informal recreational and social activities where individuals and staff can assist each other in solving daily living problems, i.e., social/recreational, housing, transportation, and vocational.
