Services are provided to assist individuals with disabilities in increasing their independence. Arc Industries is an assembly, packaging and distribution facility that offers employment and vocational training to over 250 individuals with disabilities and pays a wage based on performance. Community Job Link is a service designed to assist people with disabilities in securing and retaining employment in the community. Day services for adults provides intensive training to approximately 135 individuals with severe, profound and multiple disabilities to increase independence and inclusion in their communities. Residential services are also available on a part-time or full-time basis.
