Flourish Agenda's (formerly known as Leadership Excellence) mission is to foster social change by creating pathways to social emotional well-being, healing and action so that urban youth can overcome racial trauma and the psycho-social harm they experience in their daily lives. We equip educators and youth service providers with curricula, training and new technology to provide transformative learning experiences and leadership development to youth, leading to the creation of peaceful, supportive climates in neighborhoods and schools.
