THE CHILDHOOD LEAGUE CENTER PROVIDES THE HIGHEST LEVEL EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION, COMBINED WITH HELP, RESOURCES, AND SUPPORT. OUR PROGRAMS INCLUDE: EARLY INTERVENTION, HOME COACHING, AND TODDLER EXPERIENCE CLASSROOMS FOR CHILDREN BIRTH TO AGE 3, AND PRESCHOOL, FOR CHILDREN 3 TO 6, OUR TEACHERS ARE HIGHLY TRAINED EXPERTS AND BACKED BY A TEAM OF THERAPISTS, SOCIAL WORKERS, BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTIONIST, REGISTERED NURSE, AND SERVICE COORDINATORS. THE CHILDHOOD LEAGUE CENTER PROVIDES ASSISTANCE, RESOURCES AND SUPPPORT TO CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES. OUR PROGRAMS INCLUDE: EARLY INTERVENTION, FOR CHILDREN BIRTH TO AGE 3, AND PRESCHOOL, FOR CHILDREN AGE 3 TO 6 FOCUSING ON CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS. OUR TEACHERS ARE TRAINED IN THE FULL SPECTRUM IN SPECIAL NEEDS AND SUPPORTED BY A TEAM OF THERAPISTS, SOCIAL WORKERS, REGISTERED NURSE, BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTIONIST AND SERVICE COORDINATORS. PROGRAMMING IS FOCUSED ON INTERVENTION, THERAPY AND PERSONAL SUCCESS FOR EACH CHILD IN AN ENVIROMENT BASED ON PLAY AND SOCIALIZATION. LAST YEAR WE SERVED 543 CHILDREN, WHICH INCLUDES 131 CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND THEIR FAMILIES SERVED BY OUR HOME-BASED COACHING PROGRAM; 10 OF THOSE CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS ALSO ATTENDED OUR TODDLER EXPERIENCE CLASSROOM W/10 TYPICALLY DEVELOPING PEERS. OUR CENTER-BASED PRESCHOOL PROGRAM CLASSES (FULLY INCLUSIVE), AGES 3-6, SERVED 135 CHILDREN; AND 277 CHILDREN AND FAMILIES THROUGH HELP ME GROW SERVICE COORDINATION PROGRAM. IN ADDITION, WE PROVIDED PARENTING CLASSES, AND RESPITE DAYS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS AND CAREGIVERS. OUR HOLISTIC APPROACH WHICH INCLUDES THE ENTIRE FAMILY EXTENDED OUR REACH IN THE COMMUNITY.
