SENIOR CARE PROGRAM: PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL CARE TO THE ELDERLY WITH SKILLED NURSING, ASSISTED LIVING, AND INDEPENDENT LIVING FACILITIES; PROVIDES SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY IN THOSE FACILITIES AND OUT IN THE COMMUNITY; PROVIDES HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES.
